|Recommended: NoThe 85 — I really want to like this place, it's just not for me. Pros- -The inside is clean brand new -Good location between a grocery store,fast food target -The gym is very clean big -Pool area is fun lots of chairs -Boone is very prompt in answering any questions -Doggy Friendly Cons- -Lack of parking especially for visitors -Upstairs neighbors are very loud not sure if anyone else has this issue, might just be my unit or if it is just how the building was constructed -The parking garages are so close to each other cant tell when people are coming in going out -Lots of dog poop around the buildings, which is the owners issue but makes The 85 look bad

|Recommended: YesBest Place Yet — I'm new here so I'm a little biased, but so far I am impressed I was in a pinch and the lease was readily available and approved within 24 hours. I was given a virtual tour of the unit which was very thorough, and when I came to sign the lease I loved what I saw. The leasing staff were very friendly, the grounds were neat and clean, and there were doggy stations everywhere - BUT NO POOP they have a system called PooPrints I love that there's a small park close by, some man-made bodies of water, and a grilling fire pit section. There's garage parking, lot parking, and street parking, and everything is very secured and key fob remote operated including the package room . I had some small issues that maintenance was quick about resolving - also very friendly. My favorite part is that the front door can be set up on your smartphone through an app and it acts like a Ring with a camera when someone buzzes your door. You can buzz folks in right from your phone if you don't want can't have that, the buzzer is connected to your apartment intercom . So far things are quiet even with all the dogs I have two fur babies myself and a park nearby. Noise doesn't bother me, but it is a nice and calming atmosphere. The location is close to everything you could need food, shopping, repairs, appointments, West Towne Mall, etc. and is about 20 mins from the UW-Madison campus and downtown. Definitely Move Here

|Recommended: NoNot worth the money — For how much they charge the response to noise complaints has me wanting to move. Also the grounds are not maintained at a very high level, snow removal is not the best, and the lawn maintenance is not good. The handyman is great and friendly. The staff seems friendly but they allow very noisy neighbors to keep being noisy.
